it has been a terrible last 2 weeks first a sinus infection and then the flu 5 days of the flu just started eating again last night kind of puts a damper on my cycling in the cold challenge but hopefully by Sunday i can get out and get a ride in it is supposed to be in the 40s here in the great state of kansas lets she what the future hold for us
