Went to my group's holiday party and while I did fairly well, halfing the eggplant parm and chicken parm, for one whole I did end one albeit small piece of cheesecake....boy, was it good! Anyway, no weight drop in the last 3 days, but I must give it time.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
