So they had to remove a marble size lump from my tongue on Tuesday. I have to eat soup and stuff for a few more days, then I can go back to being good again.
They'll have the results of the biopsy on the 20th, until then I get to play the worry game, but I'm pretty sure that it's nothing to be concerned about. The doc said it was a very low chance that it would be cancerous. So that's good news :)
I'm already sick of being loopy from the pain meds, but, unfortunately I still require them. I am hungry for salad, who would have thought that would be the case? LOL
