Indian takeaway, out for dinner and chocolate cake and ice cream twice, has it's penalties! No weight loss this week, but looking on the positive side, no weight gain either!
189.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
