Weight is just falling off. I was able to walk uninterrupted today and I did 7 miles at an average speed of 3.8 mph. I have come to a decision. Walking for 7 miles takes just too long. It took me an hour and 49 minutes. Now while I have the time to spend at the park walking I don't know if I want to spend that much time there. Although if I want to lose weight faster I will do that 7 miles. Who am I kidding I'll continue to walk like I have been because it's working for me. At least for 42 more lbs then it's maintain baby!!!
