You can do it! Go back to the basics and start from scratch. You're doing this for you because you deserve to feel good. Losing the weight is great but your mental and emotional health is down because you're body is asking to be fueled right for you. Try to set out a meal plan for a week or two in advance. There are some great recipes on here and since a big of your intake on Atkins is supposed to be veggies there are some really tasty items for the menu! Make enough for good leftover portions so you can have something handy. You're already doing well with tracking your foods which is a huge part of the battle. I saw a great thing posted the other day - it was HALT, never get to Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired because thats when you have the hardest time sticking to it. We're here for you!
