weighed my self today at 15 st 5 (again) grr :( ended up feelin down n went for chicken burger n chips but felt so bad after that so i bought scales an exercise bike and dumbells lol so mabey a bad thing will turn out well? :) fellin good again now so off to do half hour on the bike yey tmz will b great
