Flatmate bought cream today. Not cool. Knows I can have it but it's too good and I know if I use the allowed amount I'll overdo it. Watched her have a coffee this morning, weight's up by 100g too :/ I know daily fluctuations mean nothing but still.
I've stuck to my diet for 1 month now. 11 to go.
