the weight loss is a combination to re-committing to eat right as well as cutting out the alcohol. I am feeling more confident, but tonight is Survivor night, so I am sure you will all hear me whining later today.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
