Good morning buddies!
I went to bed early, and the flu-like symptoms seem to be gone. Since I feel better, it will be exercise as usual today...cardio, kickboxing, and Barre.
I have a little house cleaning to do, and some work in the garden. Other than that, my day is open, so will have time to organize my studio and our closet.
My goal is to drink at least 80oz of water daily, and eat mostly fruits and veggies this weekend.
