Just filled out what I ate/will eat today. It's exactly what went into my body yesterday, at least in name, fairly certain that the carb value for flax is way too high on here. I'm doing Atkins and I would be way over according to this site and I have been losing weight...
Started at 77.7. Today's weight = 71.7kg.
