TGIF!
Good afternoon buddies.
Hubby just left for camp, so I'm working on making my smoothie of baby kale, apple, and frozen blueberries for dinner. I have felt like I'm getting the flu since last night, so want to keep my foods really simple.
I did do a cardio and kickboxing video this morning. Hopefully can squeeze more exercise in tomorrow 😷
