Good Morning Dear Diary, My goodness, another good week with losing weight. I'm within 1.6 lbs of reaching my 5 lb per month weight loss goal for November for heaven sakes. I had planned on reaching 175.0 lbs by the end of October and that was reached early on and NOW, WOW 1.6 lbs to go to reach My November goal. Clearly I've got it figured out, I just need to stay on point. Well, time for my Morning Mocha before getting my day started. Until next week. As always, I'M THINKING THIN........Marlene
