I've been absent of late on here, mainly due to falling off the wagon completely. However, I've still managed to monitor (roughly) what foods I am eating and have managed to remain at a constant 100kgs for the past 3-4 months.

I have decided that with Christmas fast approaching and another trip to Dubai in just under two weeks that I will continue this approach until I am back to the UK in January, whereby I will jump back on the wagon and get moving again!
