so far so good ..been doing cardio with strength and continuous even on a Saturday! today a full 45 min. of cardio & core!!!..wore some pants felt sexy..realised I must wear a belt!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
