Honestly's Journal, 10 December 2011

I think my new eating habits are becoming habits. I am making better choices almost instinctively. How exciting is that. Went to a Christmas party Thurs. night with people I haven't seen in three months. They were all very complimentary. Heard over and over again how great I look. Best night so far! It almost got embarressing. I managed to get through it though! Then, I proceeded to drink my calories for the day-oops. Don't mean to dump on my progress but can't help think how much better I'd be doing if I would just step-up my exercise routine. Still, going in the right direction and it seems to be taking hold. Forward motion.

Hey girl :) You are doing fantastic. I'm so proud of you. I remember when you started and didn't think you would ever get under 300. And now you're under 300! It can happen for both of us. We can do this.
