Been flat out today and only got a 30 min sleep before a night shift. I did not realise how many calories a Pita had to it.... I thought I was doing the right thing by eating that. Got tattooed today for 4 hours and feel that that would have burned a few calories as i was in pain tencing my muscles the whole time. I am in a lot of pain now. Yeah from the tattoo but more from the uncomfortable position I was in for 4 hours. My whole right leg is in agony from stiff muscles. I am walking with a strong limp and can see it being liek this for a few days.

Tattoo looks great though :D
