ok i dont like the fact that you can't go in and fix a mistake on the exerciseog, i meant to put down walking and stability ball, but hit enter before i changed the badmington...i dont like that but my exercise was good for the day smiles, rebecca

You can go back and change exercise!! I do it all the time. Just click on badminton and decrease it with resting, then go back and add what you really meant to put in there!!
