Been too busy lately to write an entry here... but things are still going A.O.K.... Stopped buying eggs by the dozen.. buy them by the 60-pack box now. :P That should last me a month. Switched back to lowfat string cheese.. just cause I like that it's stringier... annnd... other than nothing.. oh! Also added Pistachio's to my daily kit :P yep, that's it, nothing new... ok, time to start the day!

Do you eat the whole egg or just the whites?

I eat the whole egg. Hard boiled. I've considered whites only. I've heard conflicting reports regarding so many yolks each day.... I've decided to consider them 'good' since I feel my best when I have them. Most days I only eat two eggs, but I always have three ready.

Eat the whole egg. They're really good for you. Don't you wish that the powers that be (whoever they are) would make up their collective minds and stop confusing people so much?

next, it'll be "throw away the white and eat the yolk". Strange looking deviled eggs!!

I always eat the yolk, well I haven't eaten eggs in like 6 months but I would still totally eat them :-) They are like a super food and from what I've heard as long as you don't more than 3 or 4 per day the yolks are good for you, otherwise they might aggravate somebody with really high cholesterol. Also, I must say very good choice on the low fat string cheese! It is one of my STAPLE foods, I try to make sure I have 2 packs of them at all times. Sometimes it's the only thing I can make myself eat if I'm on the go. Keep up the great work! :-)

Eggs have been described as, "nature's perfect food"...the ideal balance between protein and fat. Dietary cholesterol does NOT cause rises in serum cholesterol.
