splendid start to yesterday, including a salad lunch. had a bit of weakness through the middle of the day.. had a lot of roasted spicy peanuts, a couple of cookies. But luckily it didn't go downhill from there. Need a strong finish for the week. If I can somehow pull off running on Saturday, it may help with the weekend eating that will follow with our short trip.
