I want to feel frustrated, but this has been a stressful week. I have stress eaten. Yesterday, I reached out to friends to talk. I think talking to people has helped and will lead to a successful diet and exercise week.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
