Going to Cheesecake Factory tomorrow night for dinner with a co-worker. Love the Cheesecake Factory...but the whole thing that really sucks about seriously trying to change your lifestyle is you realize how much junk is in stuff you love...my favorite cheesecake there for instance? 23 POINTS!!!! It's ridiculous. I've researched what I'm getting-picked a salad which is still high in points and probably higher than what's on here, but I'm going to try it. Hoping to be too full for cheesecake OR get it and take it home with me...that way I can share it with someone here and only eat 1/2 the calories...wishing I didn't just have the conversation with her about how cheesecake is not an option when there but a given...it was a given until I found out how high in points it is!!!

Cheesecake Factory = one of the worst places you can go. It is a definite diet buster. Maybe you want to try somewhere else- somewhere with reasonable options. I'm sorry, but restaurants like this with hugely oversized portions are one of the main reasons so many of us are overweight.
How bad is it? A slice of their cheesecake has 1,150 calories, and 74 grams of fat. 317 minutes of walking, anyone?
Carrot cake’s healthy, right? Not at 1,560 calories and 84 grams of fat per slice.
