Hurray!!!Oh my thank you my buddies for your support when I hit bottom yesterday, with your help I lost over a pound and I could not be happier. Today is a challenge because I am bowling and that means lunch out and that can be a recipe for disaster. I will probably skip lunch today. I have a mini goal for myself to lose ten by the New Year. Since I started out last year at 167 that would be amazing. Hope you all have a great day.

When you weigh yourself everyday you have to get use to the daily variations in your weight. I can't take the ups and downs so just weigh in once a week. You are getting close to your goal weight and I think that last little bit is the hardest.

Excellent! We're all here for you! It's so hard to reduce one's weight after 50, let alone after 60. That said, we're going to do this together!
