Good Morning Dear Diary. Another good week with controlling my carbs and calories. Very happy with my progress. My losing weight is slowing a bit, but I'm losing 'pure fat'. Today we're preparing for what could be a storm that could rival the Columbus day storm of 1962. A busy day it will be. Well, time for my Morning Mocha before my day gets started. Until next week.
