Four more games of racquetball down. I'm feeling like an old man. I haven't played in 15 years and see some guys that were my age when I used to play. They beat me 15 to 4 easily. I think all my muscles have had enough for now. I'm taking off from exercise tomorrow though I will watch what I eat. I give thanks to God for his continued support.
