Today I had my first meal at 5 pm. Greek yogurt, 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese, 1 sliced banana, 4 pumpkin protein bars, 1 pack lower sugar oatmeal!

Pace yourself man. Better to eat throughout the day small portions than to starve yourself and eat. Your body is more likely to store the food after starving ;)
