i finally got below 140 and became very comfortable. i also had the pressure of studying, holiday desserts and going out more frequently. I find it harder to prepare my foods when I dont know where Im going to be during the day. I need to gather more structure and get in the habit of food shopping again. Although I have been tracking all my meals, I feel that I cant accurately track my calories when Im outside the house because I dont know all the ingredients used and I cant measure. My goal is still 130lbs and I need to remain focused.
