Basically had a pretty good week last and this week.....cereal in the morning.....healthy lunch and dinner.
At the weekend stayed in a Bothy sat with a few pals (there first bothy experience and loved it!) At the bothy cooked sweet potato in wrapped in foil for 45 min inside the wood burning stove and cooked mince and dumplings to go with them. Also had a few cheese burgers two with bacon, mushroom, cheese......I named them sloppy joes.....proper over your chin burgers. Followed by large amounts of Polish beer and a hipflask of jim beam......oh and two pints in the country pub beforehand in wark. Note we walked for an hour to the bothy!! Great night but a bit of a blowout......came back home had not put on.
Thinking of joining weight watchers again????? Bit embarrassing going back when I saw the lady that runs it in Supermarket when i had ice cream, pizza, coleslaw, butter. bread, cheese etc in trolley.....wonder if she saw I spent 10 minutes sneaking around trying to avoid her like we all do.
