Getting started again tomorrow. I am back at the gym 3 days a week. I have been so lazy since my surgery in June. So I have to be done making
excuses and just do it. I have to stay focused and move forward. Positive thinking.

every day is another day to get back up. And what's past is past. Keep it simple and be reasonable. If it's been a while, don't overdo it. The most important thing (99%) is just showing up. What you do, how long, how much, how far. Not so important at this stage. Just do it. Give yourself a reward if you make it today.
