I seem to down around 178, on the new accurate scale. Not sure if I'm stuck here for a while or not. My new goal is 165 in the next 3 months, I still need to make the old goal of 175, which should happen by the end of January. Body fat is 21% I'd like to lower that to 16% maybe that's too extreme of a goal though.
