Just finished a full hour of Shawn T's hip hop abs...yup...needing this!
Going to do another hour this afternoon. Tomorrow will have to be done in the pm. I am determined to do this and it will be done! 25lbs in 12 weeks...yeah baby!
Going to start walking again with the dog...2 mile minimum even if it is -10 outside. That is why God gave man the ability to bundle up!
