I started a new challenge yesterday and my first day didn't go so well. I started out recording everything I ate like I was supposed to but after lunch I didn't. I had a couple bites of pumpkin pie, an undetermined amount of turkey...

I'm not doing so great. I've gained since Friday. I had a good weigh in so I went and sabatoged myself over the weekend. I'm up 2 pounds; we'll see if I can make up for it this week.

On another note, my computer has a virus: Vista Antivirus 2012. Now I have to back up all my pictures and see if I can get this stupid thing off my computer! GRRRR, I am not in the mood for all of this!

Okay--don't beat yourself up over the weekend! I always seem to fall off on the weekends (my track record is TERRIBLE!) but Monday starts an entire new week. You have a clean slate and no reason to be hard on yourself. Today is fresh and new! I always try to "think THIN!" even though I know I've eaten bad for a few days..it's okay, you can totally do this!

Thanks Mandi. It's interesting that you say "think THIN" because today I was looking at myself in the mirror and saw that "fat" girl that I don't like. I know I've been working really hard and I'm doing great. I won't get discouraged. I did okay today and tomorrow I'll do even better :)
