Okay, so my health coach wants me to not do hard core workouts and do more relaxation, weight bearing exercises such as yoga. So I will be back on my yoga mat and in the pool along with my walking. I'm hyped at learning how my body works and working to be my best self. Be Well Everyone!

After turning 50 I have discovered exercises that still give me a workout without the "hard core." I think Yoga is underestimated. I do Pilates regularly and love it. It's relaxing and has done wonders for my abdominal core. Pool, Yoga, Walking=easier on your joints.
