Quiet night. Just relaxing. Had some watermelon. I sometimes find it hard to eat all the food that WW wants me to eat. Nothing I want to eat has points!! Watermelon, grapes, tomatoes with cucumbers..... I had some almond milk... I'm probably gonna eat a couple spoons of peanut butter just to hit my daily mark...

Just a thought, but are the points a target, or a limit? If you're full and satisfied with 'pointless' food, all the better!

I wonder if it is a good thing to eat when not hungry? That's part of what got me here in the first place. Just a thought.....

They say that the daily points are a required target. There's also a number of extra points that are alloted for the week and those are the limit. So I'm in a range that they've designated.. but.. I have no idea what that is, because I've never successfully tracked on two different apps to see what my average daily caloric intake is.

Rckc - In the past, yeah, I've eaten way more than I should and wehn I wasn't hungy. I'm guessing it's the minimum needed for my body to function, even if I'm not 'feeling' it.... but... I do have a ton of veggies and 9 point items. I'm losing at a pretty decent rate so far since I've started... but honestly, my worry is that I'll get used to more food and then have to start cutting it shorter each day...
