I am not sure what's the best way to go, 3 meals a day or 5 meals a day. If I have 3 meals a day I eat larger portions but less calories per day... What to do? Is a mix of both a bad idea? I find it easy to stick to 5 meals a day while at work but when not working I find it harder to eat 5 meals a day...
