Wow wow wow. 3lbs in 4days! Amazed at this and so very excited. Hitting that 50lb mark feels GREAT(My original weight at the doctors office was 347). Seems like it's for real now and something to be proud of. Still struggling with exercising. Do walk everyday but not much else. Antibotics are working so should be able to go more hard core next week. This is tough but I am excited about the future. My birthday is in May. By then I will be looking pretty good. Think I'll plan a tropical vacation. Sitting on the beach in a bathing suit for my 52nd b-day! Sounds like a plan to me.
