I feel good today somewhat lighter having lost about 3 kg so far in about 10 days. Today is also my second day without chewing Nicorette gum or smoking. I have been smoke free for 1 week. I am beginning to understand the benefits of logging your intake and being aware of what goes into your system. I have never felt more focused and I hope I don't run out of steam and lose momentum.
