Wow! I don't think I have ever seen a drop after a camping weekend! (I tend to eat more cheese, high sodium foods, and drink less water while camping. Plus with reception being spotty, I rarely am able to track like I usually do) Hopefully, this is a sign that things are going in the right direction. I have lost about 4 pounds since 9/13 when I started the diet pills. Not sure if they are helping or if I would have lost the same amount just doing what I have been doing. Oh well, I see the doctor tomorrow, so we will see what she says. Have a great week everyone.
