I'm happy to say I have actually lost some weight. I made it a goal to go through Thanksgiving and Christmas without overeating. I also gave up Dr. Pepper. That along with giving up second servings, beginning just a week ago to exercise again has paid off. Praise the Lord. He has the victory in hand and allowing me to enjoy a taste of it already.
