So I reached 98% of my RDI and slept 8 hours. What my Stat's don't tell you is that I only slept 2-3 hours at a time and my fat intake is way to high. I am still eating a lot of fatty foods. One reason is that I can't go shopping until the first. I am although portioning my food and keeping track of everything that goes in my mouth. Activity is still low and need to get on a daily exercise regimen. Still so fatigued and still a lot of hip pain. I will be going October 14th to orthopedic specialsts and hopefully get help for the pain.
