Well I think it's about time that I actually get started on losing weight and getting in shape. I have kinda been beating myself up about not making progress and my self esteem is getting lower since I'm not happy with the way my body looks. My goal for by the end of this week is to create and start a reasonable/ attainable exercise plan, cut my sugar intake by half and drink more water.
