Now, that I am still above the highest that I had ever weighed (67kg), it is very easy to loose some weight. I just don't snack chocolate bars and co (unless chocolate with 85-99% coco :-) ) and instead of a heavy fullgrain muesli with milk and banana I now have a lot of quark with bananas in the morning. This week I didn't manage to do any sports becaise I had a lot of work and am a bit sickish. Lets hope my weighloss we remain easy for the next 3-4kg.
