Alright. I've made the decision to get off this "Do What I Want" while I'm still very happy with myself. I can see a trend forming with my eating habits and I don't like it.

So for a while I'm not really going to change what I'm eating - I'm just going to record it and see what I'm doing to myself now. I want to see what kind of changes I've made and how they are affecting me. And I want to be able to plan better for when I do make the changes.

My relationship, I know, is a factor in this. We are trying hard to re-start a bunch of aspects of our lives separately and together. He gets tired and I let that be an excuse not to work out. Or cook. We're broke, so it's hard to afford good foods.

But this is the hard part, right? Not LOSING the weight, but keeping it off. Struggling with the real life challenges of healthy eating.
