I've lost the weight and now I'm looking to tone my stomach muscles so they look better. I've been neglecting the gym since I've started working again, almost 4 months ago and now it's time to head back to the gym! Hopefully I can keep it up long enough to see good results!
109.3 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
