I finished my second workout today. It was 20 minutes on the elliptical and about an hour playing raquetball. I'm so out of shape. I didn't remember how many muscles you used playing racquetball. It has been 15 years since I played. I used to play it all the time as a teenager and in college. Boy that has been some time ago. Guess what movie I watched right before going to bed last night? Julie and Julia. Made me so hungry but probably a good exercies in discipline. God has this victory already. I just need to get completely on board.
