Gained about 3-5 lbs from Thanksgiving week. I guess it could have been worse. I have been trying to keep up with housework activities to try to not gain anymore weight, since I have the time off work. I cppked healthier thanksgiving meal this year with a bit still traditional. I think my weight damage is due to portion control espacially with easly accessable left-overs and boardome from time off from work. No wonder I don't care for the holidays. Next year we are going to other people's houses so I can avoid left overs screaming my name from the refrigerator.
