So today is start date. Want to be 190 lbs at Christmas to go to Florida. That will be: - 40 lb weight loss - Must do in 14 weeks - I have a plan "Isagenix" to stick with - No alcohol - Low Carbs - Low Fat
So today... not so bad only had 1 shake (can't correct my meal entry) and I had a healthy dinner. Next dinner only have 4 oz of chicken... the 6 oz was too much.
