What I wouldn't give for a bowl of Lucky Charms. I ate some blackberries instead. I did take a dive today. I was so rushed trying to get 2 boys ready for a spring concert at my son's school. I simply ran out of time. Unfortunately for me we ate Mc Donalds. They loved it.... Instead of going for the salad which would have been a wise choice. I went for the cheese burger and cup of water. I simply can't drive and eat a salad at the same time. Well that was my justification....At the time. Oh well, Besides that the rest of the day went well. Breafast egg whites, grapefruit, snack apple & orange, lunch was bowl of veggies (steamed). snack small handful of trail mix.
dinner cheeseburger (oops forgot to mention the 6 fries I put on my burger) I was proud that I didn't eat more fries...
snack blackberries.

I've road my bike the past 2 nights. 60 minutes. 13 miles which burned over 500 calories. I think if I continue with my workouts this will take care of the cheeseburger.

your graph looks great! Keep it up! One McD won't blow it--just stick to the plan religiously tomorrow :) Did the burger upset your stomach though? Blackberries are yummy :)

A cheeseburger is less than half the calories you burned and as far as Mcdonalds goes, not a bad choice. You are doing so well, your chart speaks for itself!

I am buying a bike in a few weeks, I CANNOT WAIT! Don't worry about the McDs. With the work that you've been doing, there's no way anything can stick to you!
