I am so excited. Thanksgiving dinner was awesome. It was just my husband, myself, and my two children so we tried something new this year. We decided to go healthy. Yeah, an actual healthy Thanksgiving dinner. My husband made a portabella mushroom and leek stuffing. OMG was it delicious. I made an apple cranberry sauce from the biggest loser recipe, and we had a green bean/red bell pepper veggie. Also a fresh fruit salad with fat free cool whip. and the Turkey was just an herb coating. For desert, a cranberry muffin (fat free). all in all, I had a total of 935 calories for my Thanksgiving Dinner. Awesome recipes if anyone wants them.Happy Thanksgiving
