Its a new year and I'm well on my way to the new me. Thus far I've been losing at a rate of about 6 lbs a month. While my monthly goal is still 10lbs a month, I am still satisfied with my progress. Its been steady and consistant with only a few occasional minor setbacks. I'm looking forward to this upcoming year and seeing how much more weight I will be able to shed. Based on my progress so far, I've decided to reset my goal weight to 140lbs. I started using this site on my birth month and set the goal to what I thought would be reasonable to reach by my next birthday as my gift to me. Since I've been losing at a rate of about 6 lbs a month I figured I could kick it up a notch and still reasonably expect to get to my new goal by my birthday.
